What We Built

We built a Fleet Management System on Microsoft Power Platform to bring everything into one place and eliminate the issues caused by manual tracking. PowerApps became their control center where dispatchers could quickly check vehicle availability, assign drivers, and access full histories without digging through files.

We added Power BI dashboards so they could clearly see usage trends, maintenance patterns, and fuel efficiency insights that helped them make smarter decisions.

The biggest improvement came from automation. Power Automate monitored mileage and service schedules, notified the right people when maintenance was due, flagged the vehicle, and created a work order with complete history.

Driver assignments became smoother too with automatic notifications, proper handoff tracking, and clean compliance records.

How It Turned Out

Six months in, unplanned downtime dropped by 67%. Fleet utilization went up 23% because they could actually see what was available in real time. Compliance audits, which used to take days of scrambling for paperwork, now took only a few hours with everything digital and organized.

That was the whole point — the system helped them stop scrambling at the last minute and start making smarter decisions with clear, reliable information.
